Tech School Tuition School to Work Program for graduating seniors

Good afternoon,

My name is Rogene Smith and I am the Director of Human Resources for a local manufacturer in Omaha. www.conductix.us I have your emails because I am part of the National Association of Manufacturer’s Dream It Do It committee. I thought you would be equipped to help me get this into the hands of the right guidance counselors, tech instructors, graduating seniors and their parents.

We have currently committed to finding a student who is interested in pursuing a career in Machine Tool and Die technology. Typically this is an 18 month program. We are offering this opportunity because we are finding it increasingly hard to find this skill in the metro area. We have decided to seek out student’s who like to work with their hands, are good at math, want a focused path from school to work and are looking for a solid company to help them with the cost of tuition, fees and books in return for working for us for 3 years after they graduate.

I have attached the program outline and the application. Please pass this along to the appropriate personnel in your organizations or send me their contact information so I can discuss this program with them directly.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Rogene Smith
